What does unlimited designs mean?
Unlimited designs mean you can submit as many design requests as you’d like. These requests will be added to your queue and handled by your designer one or two at a time, depending on your subscription plan.
What is considered a design task?
A design task is any design project you need, such as social media content, website banners, ads, or print materials. Essentially, if it’s a graphic design request, it’s considered a task. Once submitted, we’ll work on it and deliver it within 48 hours or less.
For larger requests, like brand guidelines or pitch decks, we’ll break them down into smaller tasks to ensure each part gets the attention it needs. Each smaller task will also be delivered within 48 hours (business hours) or less.
What if i don't like the design?
No problem! You have unlimited revisions, so we'll keep working on the design until you're 100% satisfied.
Can I cancel or pause my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel or pause your subscription at any time. There are no long-term contracts—your subscription renews monthly, so you can cancel it up to 7 days before the next payment cycle.
And if you don’t have enough design work for a full month, you can pause your subscription and move the unused days to the next month.
What type of designs do you create?
We offer a range of design services, including visual identity, marketing and advertising design, packaging, landing pages, and basic video creation.

What type of designs you do not offer?
At the moment, we do not offer 3D modeling, complex video production and animation projects, or web design services.
Can we request videos, animations and gifs?
While we are not professional video editors or animation experts, we are happy to assist with small projects. We can help with social media videos, animated ads, simple text and element animations, and GIFs.
Please note that videos may require more time, and longer requests might need to be broken into smaller tasks.
